We understand that some patients may want to use a product that does not have the structure and permanence of PMMA. Dr Rupeka, although not his preferred method, can use HA filler to do your male girth enhancement (if desired). At Youthology, we do offer Restylane (although not preferred) if a patient cannot use PMMA or is not ready for a longer lasting option.

Restylane Defyne is a medical-grade hyaluronic acid filler. When Dr Rupeka uses this instead of PMMA, he is going to access the same anatomic plane (space) that he uses for PMMA in order to make the HA filler feel less squishy. When you keep this product under some of your body's natural connective tissue, it helps maintain some of your natural firmess with erections. The reason that Dr Rupeka recommends PMMA for the male enhancement is because patients sometimes don't like the way that an HA enhancement can possibly make an erection feel less firm. ​
