What is the Revive & Thrive Program?
Revive & Thrive is our personalized bioidentical hormone optimization program for men and women. Designed and overseen by Dr. Jason Rupeka and our hormone specialist Krista Crowley PA-C, the program is designed to deliver consistent, long-term hormone balance. We combine medical precision with regenerative wellness, helping you regain energy, libido, sleep quality, and overall vitality.

Pellet insertions are included, but if you choose compounded prescriptions or if they need to be added to ensure you are optimized, you will pay the pharmacy directly for those medications.

What does pellet insertion feel like? Can I feel pellets once they are inserted?
Pellet insertion is relatively pain free! We use injectable numbing to make sure you are comfortable during the procedure. You will not feel the pellets once they are inserted.
What is the aftercare for pellet hormone therapy?
You will have steri-strips and a waterproof dressing that should stay in place for at least 5 days. You should avoid any water submersion, including sitting in a tub, hot tub or swimming pool for 7 days. You can shower! We ask you to avoid any major exercise for roughly 7 days, including squats, lunges, etc.
How often will I need treatment?
• Females: Pellet insertion every 10–12 weeks
• Males: Pellet insertion every 16–20 weeks
• Labs are drawn at baseline, at 6 weeks, and then annually, unless medically indicated sooner.
• Symptom and treatment reviews can be done in-office or via telehealth as needed.

Where are the labs done?
Labs can be drawn either In-office at our two Youthology locations or you can go to LabCorp location and have them drawn there with your prepaid lab order (included in your membership)

Who will manage my care?
Most of your care will be led by our experienced hormone team, Krista Crowley PA-C, with Dr. Rupeka available as needed. You’ll always be seen by a licensed medical provider who understands hormone optimization in the context of regenerative medicine.
Can I do the program through telehealth?
Yes. While we focus on in-office pellet therapy, we offer telehealth visits for symptom management, prescription adjustments, and remote lab reviews. This allows us to support patients across all 50 US states with flexibility.
What if I need more frequent monitoring or an extra pellet?
We assess each case individually. Booster pellet(s) may be offered at the 6-week mark if labs and symptoms suggest it. No surprise charges—this is included in your membership if clinically appropriate.

How much does it cost?
• $143.99/month for 12 months for females or $1,650 annually
• $201.12/month for 12 months for males or $2,150 annually
Your membership includes everything listed above—no hidden fees, and no markup on prescriptions. If you opt to use a compounding pharmacy for non-pellet therapies, or if your treatment plan includes any additional compounded bioidentical medications, you will be responsible for those charges. Those medications can be shipped to you from any of our partnering pharmacies. Cost ranges anywhere from $50-$100 per month, depending on what your treatment plan consists of.
